Downloading the RDS Environment

Step 1: click HERE to go to the RDS log in page. This link will open in a new tab so you can refer back to this tab for further instructions.

Step 2: In the top box, where it says 'sps\' enter your username after the '\' and in the second box, enter your password (see image below)

Step 3: click 'Sign in'

You will be taken to a screen as shown below. Click on the 'Staff Desktop' icon.

Clicking on the icon will start a download (see image below)

Step 4: Click on 'open file' and the RDS environment will open on your desktop.

Step 5: Remember to sign out from your remote desktop once you have finished.
