Our Senior Leadership Team consists of experienced and committed teachers, who all share the same passion for ensuring that all of the children at Scott achieve the very best outcomes they possibly can. They are responsible for driving the school's aims and objectives forwards. They lead with clear vision and determination. They are supportive of all members of the school community and understand and acknowledge the strengths of the school as well as areas for development.
I am immensely proud to be the Headteacher at Scott primary School. Since becoming part of the "Scott family" in 2007, I have seen the school grow from having 135 children on roll to now having over 500 very happy children on roll. Scott really is a very special place in which to "inspire, believe and achieve".
Miss Woolston is Assistant Headteacher (KS1) and SENDCo at Scott Primary School. She has been teaching for 12 years and has worked across both KS1 and KS2.

Miss Gaduj is our KS2 Assistant Head. We are delighted that she has been part of our Scott family since 2017. Miss Gaduj is our Literacy Leader and is an extremely experienced KS2 teacher with additional responsibility for Year 6.
Mrs Worrall is Assistant Headteacher (KS2). She has been teaching for 11 years and has worked across both KS1 and KS2.

Mrs Green is Early Years Leader. She had been teaching for 10 years. She has taught in both KS1, Nursery and Reception.
Miss Power is Key Stage 1 Lead. She has been teaching for 6 years and has taught across both Year 1 and Year 2. If you have any concerns or worries please do not hesitate to contact Miss Power via the school office and she will be more than happy to help you.
Mr Holdsworth is the leader for maths across the school and has a First Class BSc Honours degree from the University of Bedfordshire. He has taught in two large primary schools in Bedford and is in his fourth year of teaching Year 6 at our school. He has undertaken a number of Professional Development courses linked to his Senior Leadership Role, including one to become a Specialist Leader in Behaviour and Attendance. He is currently completing his National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership, affiliated with Middlesex University.
Miss Mirto is the English Lead at Scott Primary School. She has been teaching for 4 years and has worked across both KS1 and KS2
